BRING A FRIEND DAY DETAILS

Bring a Friend day is open to any member & non-member of CrossFit Achieve looking to learn more about our services.

Participants should complete the waiver and liability form, which will be emailed to you before the event.

Pick any class time that fits in your schedule that would be a time you'd be interested in, in the future!

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time to connect with a coach.

Wear clothes and shoes for physical activity. Bring a water bottle and a can-do attitude!

Class times last 1 hour. They are guided group workout where you will be taught movements of the day, given specific adjustment needed for your workout and prepare to sweat together as a community and get better!
